    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our frontline support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Attend to in/out frontline requests in a timely and efficient manner
    • Escalate investigative queries to second-line support/consulting as needed
    • Ensure accurate time logging and ticket administration
    • Closure of completed tickets and follow-up with clients as required
    • Monitor and maintain the Support Inbox, allocating tickets to the correct departments/consultants
    • Provide high-quality customer support through quick, effective, and informative feedback and relevant information
    • Report bugs and client enhancement requests to the development team
    • Participate in ongoing upskill and training through mentorship, internal training sessions, and product familiarization testing

    Requirements

    • Experience working in collaborative teams and prior experience in a frontline team
    • Excellent software application knowledge, typing speed (>45wpm), and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering high-quality support
