Senior Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to lead our team in South Australia's No. 1 Fast Food brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional standards within the restaurant by ensuring all employees focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences for cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and speed of service.
• Oversee shifts and cost controls in line with company policies and procedures, directing employee activities to maximize sales, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Forecast and schedule labor by shift, creating a deployment plan to control labor costs while meeting business needs.
• Implement controls and procedures to safeguard employee, customer, property, and company fund safety and security.
• Facilitate comprehensive training programs for staff to meet company standards, enabling them to optimize performance and achieve career growth.
• Take corrective action when necessary to ensure employees meet performance standards.
• Promote a supportive work environment, providing leadership and guidance as required.
• Develop and execute local store marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Achieve consistent results through effective team management and leadership.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Previous supervisory experience
• Proficiency in English
• Numeracy skills
• Computer literacy
• Financial acumen
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying schedules
