- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Verify all documentation before sending it to clients to ensure correct pricing and stock.
- Ensure clients have all relevant documentation before shipments arrive and any additional information required for clearing purposes.
- Assist BDMs with debtors and ensure clients are within their credit limits.
- Assist BDMs with internal credit limits of both existing and new clients.
- Work closely with the team leader to ensure orders are processed quickly and efficiently, communicating issues and problems to clients.
- Monitor labeling and special requirements for various orders.
- Inform BDMs of any large issues requiring their involvement.
- Assist BDMs in creating reports for suppliers, providing relevant market feedback on market conditions and brand activations.
- Work closely with BDMs on brand development in the market and help identify opportunities for increasing sales revenue.
- Monitor and assess brand performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
- Evaluate shipping and payment terms and conditions to ensure mutual benefits for both clients and IOEC.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and service level agreements.
