Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 (essential)
year experience

  • General computer literate to at least intermediate level (Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent professional work standard
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels fully bilingual
  • Able to take responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others

scheduled time and is seldom absent from work


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Learner & Mentorship Program
  • Assist with Client Supplier Registrations and updates
  • Compile new employees' files before start date
  • Train new employees on Deltek for time sheets and expense claims so that employee can be productive as soon as possible
  • Recon leave transactions on Sage 300 and Deltek timesheets report to ensure that leave balances are accurate
  • Provide administrative support to HR function (record keeping, manage employee files), and any other HR Generalist duties as and when needed
  • Filing
  • Alternating as switchboard management and receptionist.
