- Grade 12 (essential)
- General computer literate to at least intermediate level (Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent professional work standard
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills on all levels fully bilingual
- Able to take responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Learner & Mentorship Program
- Assist with Client Supplier Registrations and updates
- Compile new employees' files before start date
- Train new employees on Deltek for time sheets and expense claims so that employee can be productive as soon as possible
- Recon leave transactions on Sage 300 and Deltek timesheets report to ensure that leave balances are accurate
- Provide administrative support to HR function (record keeping, manage employee files), and any other HR Generalist duties as and when needed
- Filing
- Alternating as switchboard management and receptionist.
