    Key Responsibilities

    ·Works closely with the HR Team to manage and support the workload.

    ·Assisting key functional areas to convert strategic goals into tangible projects.

    ·Supports and enables strategic regional/affiliate projects.

    ·Seeks to improve all aspects of the HR department by reviewing current methodology and processes.

    ·Identify, collaborate and implement efficiency projects across the Affiliate

    ·Acts as the HR Lead on all HR Projects, HR Launches and Key HR Milestones. This includes communication, budget for project, resources and managing timelines.

    ·Ongoing measurement on the effectiveness of the service after each key milestone.

    ·Curate content for HR Communication and update distribution lists as required.

    ·Coordinate initiatives Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Week, Breast Cancer Awareness, Wellness Programs)

    ·Provide end to end HR support partnering our corporate employees in the South African Affiliate employees and Sub Saharan Africa.

    ·Build strong relationships with Brands and Departments through effective communication and follow up.

    ·Partner with stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on organizational design, change. leadership, and talent management.

    ·Provide research and recommendations on HR topics such as metrics, policies, employee programs, and HR best practices.

    ·Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required.

    ·Influence business and talent initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.

    ·Provide counsel and guidance on employee relations matters.

    ·Influence practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.

    ·Model and reinforce the ELC cultural values.

    ·Maintain sound understanding of Employee Rewards and Benefits.

    ·Ensure data integrity of HRIS systems, including HRC and HRCR.

    ·Drive the Performance Management process, end to end across all business units, ensuring due diligence.

    ·Participate in and contribute to Regional HR projects and programmes as required.

    Participate in HR organized events, programs, induction and corporate awareness activities.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    ·Bachelor's Degree in related field

    ·5 – 7 years planning experience

    ·Experience with Microsoft Office with strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint
