Duties & Responsibilities

Managing your assigned Store.
Communication and relationship building with regional clients in the retail space.
Ensuring store targets are met and exceeded.
Ensuring quality customer service experience is at desired levels.
Driving growth and innovation for the division.
Recruiting, training, managing and appraising staff.
Managing promotional activities.
Ensuring stock integrity and availability.
Taking appropriate action to ensure adherence to expense budgets.
Proactively seeking to identify and manage risks.
Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
Interfacing with the customer up to executive level on a regular basis.
Delivering results: ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve.
Objectives and targets.
Collaborating with senior management on the division management and growth.
Customer management: tactful, resolute, and committed to providing excellent.
Customer service.
Ensure prompt problem solving.
Payroll input and final send off to HR.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Ensuring the proper management of stock.
