An exciting opportunity for a young, dynamic individual who has a passion for technology and enjoys interacting with customers
The incumbents will be responsible to provide a technical service to customers by diagnosing, repairing or sending the customers' IT equipment to the relevant repair agent

Desired Education, Experience & competencies

  • Matric/ Grade 1
  • A+ certified
  • At least 1 years' hardware repair experience
  • 1 Year experience dealing with warranties
  • Experience working with customers
