STEEL COMPANY based in
WESTMEAD
DURBAN to recruit an
INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE, R18 000 to R24 000ctc with company benefits, after probation.

_ OUR CLIENT, A SPECIALIST STEEL SERVICE CENTRE, HAS OVER 41 YEARS' EXPERIENCE WITH AND ARE EXPERTS IN ALL THINGS STEEL._

Applicants should have/be the following:

Grade 1
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in the metal industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Numerate, i.e. good at maths.
AutoCAD experience, an advantage.

Key performance areas:

New business development.
Following up on inbound leads.
Maintaining relationships with current clients.
Upselling & cross selling to existing clients.
Maintain a customer database.
Liaising with external sales rep regarding inbound leads.
Doing quotations.
Answering customer queries.
Troubleshooting

Remuneration:

R18 000 to R24 000ctc with company benefits, after probation.
