An International Logistics group with a large footprint in South America requires the expertise of a seasoned Operations and Logistics Manager for their Western Cape depot.

The group has a large-scale expansion project, and they need a local Capetonian to partner with senior management to manage operations with over 70 employees.

Some of your key duties will include running the daily operations successfully, analyzing and producing financial reports for senior management, and dealing with labour matters that would influence operations.

Your track record on the distribution side of logistics will secure a spot on the shortlist.


Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics or related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a warehousing, logistics, and operations role
  • Experience working in the FMCG/Logistics/Supply Chain sectors
  • Microsoft Excel advanced skills
  • Sound financial and labourrelated background
  • A basic understanding of Portuguese will be beneficial
