    Fresh Produce Merchandiser (Retail)

    We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our retail team as a Fresh Produce Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the display and quality of fruits and vegetables in the store.

    The goal is to create attractive, fresh, and well-stocked displays that enhance the customer shopping experience through:

    • Stocking & Displaying Produce: Organize and replenish fresh produce displays to maintain an appealing and tidy presentation.
    • Quality Control: Monitor the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables, removing any damaged or expired items.
    • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking produce shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
    • Customer Service: Provide helpful and friendly service, assisting customers with produce-related inquiries.
    • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all health and safety guidelines.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A Matric certificate.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for fresh produce.
    • Great communication and teamwork skills.

    The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
