    Job Description

    We seek a customer-focused professional to provide technical product support for our client's premium grills and smart meat thermometers. You will assist customers in troubleshooting issues through information and real-time app data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with product inquiries and troubleshooting.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues using knowledge bases and problem-solving skills.
    • Ensure patient and caring interactions with customers.
    • Meet KPIs such as schedule adherence, CSAT, and service levels.
    • Improve skills through coaching and feedback.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1+ year of call center or customer support experience.
    • Experience with troubleshooting or problem-solving, preferably with technology or smart devices.
    • Strong English communication skills (B2+).
    • A customer-first mindset with listening, empathizing, and timely solution delivery skills.
