    About Rula Bulk Materials Handling

    We are an entrepreneurially driven organisation with a strong focus on optimisation, innovation and excellence. We offer turnkey bulk materials handling solutions from concept design to commissioning and hand over.

    Our business is built around three core areas: Projects, Professional Services, and In-house Products. We develop projects for our clients from concept stage through to commissioning, and beyond to operation and maintenance.

    The Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
    • Oversee personal LinkedIn accounts of key team members to align with the company's brand.
    • Create engaging content that attracts readers and encourages individuals to send enquiries about related products.
    • Publish regular updates about Rula's activities to boost its image as a dynamic entity.
    • Identify potential client decision makers and promote Rula's products and services as a superior option.
    • Explore tender opportunities and share relevant industry information with key contact persons.
    • Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, branded items) for various company events.
    • Write compelling content for the company's website, social media posts, email campaigns and internal communications.
    • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly and optimised for SEO.
    • Advise and execute on website design and development improvements.
    • Lead the development and implementation of a brand refresh strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Create design templates and materials for internal communications, including newsletters, memos and event communications.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for industry events and other key initiatives.
    • Provide recommendations on necessary software, tools and equipment for efficient marketing operations.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 5 years experience in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager, preferably with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools and website management.
    • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for digital and print formats.
    • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
    • Experience with brand management and refreshes.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative and lead projects from concept to completion.
    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
    • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
