QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in NTC6 OR T
  • MUST BE TRADE TESTED
  • 10 years related experience within an electrical or industrial manufacturing background would be advantageous.
  • Valid Drivers License

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Monitor and measure compliance to IEC & the Companies design and technical requirements.
  • Supervise workshop Supervisors
  • Budgets
  • Housekeeping
  • WIP stores supervision
  • Weekly reporting to Management
  • Manage all aspects of the business pertaining to operations
  • Planning of resources and equipment in the workshop
  • Oversee security, access and parking
  • Attend meetings with HODS, production & planning meetings
  • Ensure project completion
  • Report writing
  • Performance reviews
  • Monitor VOs
  • Manage department time & record keeping for payroll.
  • Site Schedules and inspection reports
  • Problem solving, monitor hours, improve procedures and work methods and oversee trainee rotations.

Salary:
R700, R800,000.00 per year
