  • Acting as the point of contact among executive, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the group.
  • Organize and maintain the office filling system.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assisting the finance department in daily finance functions when needed

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum: Matric certificate.
  • Diploma / Higher Certificate in Business Management / Business Administration / Secretarial course.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problemsolving and decision making.
  • MS Office.
  • Interpersonal skills.
