Description
3years- Acting as the point of contact among executive, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the group.
- Organize and maintain the office filling system.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
- Assisting the finance department in daily finance functions when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum: Matric certificate.
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Business Management / Business Administration / Secretarial course.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
- Problemsolving and decision making.
- MS Office.
- Interpersonal skills.
