Description
This role supports the business by taking responsibility for overall contract management and service delivery of client contracts.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary interface for clients
  • Ensure effective service delivery and contract profitability for client contracts
  • Continuously engage with the platform and various other business changes and features to remain up to date with the product
  • Schedule and run all management review meetings, and ensure all processes and documentation are in place
  • Manage Service Delivery and Improvement Plans and reporting processes
  • Escalation management and Reporting
  • Using a professional and client centric approach in resolving issues to ensure a positive experience
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved and that resolutions offered are viable
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and collaborate with other teams to optimise business processes and achieve overall company objectives

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the ICT field
  • Tech savvy and analytical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

From R70 000,00 per month
