We are looking for an experience Executive Personal Assistant who has previous experience dealing with high level work as an Executive Personal Assistant for the Managing Director and CEO for a company based in the Centurion area.


Requirements:


  • Formal Executive Assistant Training
  • Tertiary Degree/ Diploma beneficial
  • 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant for Top level executives
  • Ability to engage in all aspects of the business as a representative of the MD and CEO
  • Must live in the Centurion, Midrand or Pretoria East area
  • Valid Drivers license and own transport
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minute taking skills
  • Computer literate
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills

Responsibilities:


  • Organise and schedule meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
  • Maintain office correspondence
  • Perform reception duties such as answering phones where necessary
  • Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management
  • Liaise with clients and business guests
  • Organise media appearances and events
  • Manage internal projects and followup with team members where required
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments
  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents as required
  • Printing and binding presentations
  • Monthly management of travel and expenses processes
  • General administrative support which includes producing letters, booking couriers, taxis, rooms, managing stationery, organizing team events etc.
  • Answering team phones when they are not able to, taking messages and responding where necessary
  • Organising team events as required
  • Ad hoc project work
