Purpose of the Job:
An Executive Assistant is a professional responsible for managing the schedule and communications of executives. The individual will be responsible for managing calendars, be well organized and have great time management skills.
Description:
The Executive Assistant will have more than administrative duties, which will include filtering and prioritizing client visits or phone calls, communicating on behalf of the CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executive, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Act as an executives right hand, performing essential and diverse tasks on time to keep executives on top of their work and organized, thereby enhancing overall business efficiency
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives calendars and set up meetings, help executive prepare for them by conducting research and gathering data
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
