As a general worker, I gained hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. My duties included loading and unloading goods, organizing inventory, packing and labeling products, and ensuring the workspace remained clean and safe. I consistently followed health and safety guidelines and demonstrated strong physical endurance and attention to detail. This role helped me develop teamwork skills, time management, and the ability to follow instructions accurately to meet daily targets.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, I was responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team of general workers, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment and stock management. I coordinated shift schedules, trained new staff, and handled conflict resolution. I also liaised with warehouse managers and logistics teams to streamline workflows and reduce delays.

Completed schooling up to Grade 11. Gained foundational knowledge in subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Life Skills. Although matric was not completed, I have continued to grow through practical work experience, on-the-job learning, and training relevant to the warehouse and logistics industry.
