Zola Mpange

Iam an Industrial Engineer with 4 years working experience seeking a growth and development opportunity to develop my professional career. I can drive and facilitate plant improvement using my Lean and Project management skills to yield CI projects. I strive to learn necessary skills along the way to enlighten and bring positivity along my journey and bring my own skills learnt from my current journey.  I have an interest and curiosity in problem solving and the ever-changing experience of team-based challenges. I have strong presentation and facilitation skills, project co-ordination and management and process control implementation. I have an assertive personality and enjoy assisting others and being involved in activities and ensuring streamlining of existing processes. I would like to hone my leadership qualities and always endeavor to work on self-improvement and career self-development.

I have learned a lot about the manufacturing industry from: Material handling to fabrication thereof as well Production workshops and People management. I have learnt coordination and project planning skills through production support and program project planning support in the operations filed. Capacity planning, data analysis and operational workshop/team management to have effective problem solving.  I have learnt multiple IE and CI disciplinaries and only hope to learn more as I hone my Continuous Improvement skills in operational leadership. 

BTech Industrial Engineering is my most recent formal qualification. I had informal training through AIDC in 2016-2018 as means to strengthen the formal training in line with business objectives.
