I am a very fast learner, extremely focused,goal driven and I have great telephone etiquette as well as great communication and interpersonal skills.

As a receptionist,I've learnt that you must be quick to listen and slow to answer. Always make sure that I'm responding you are repeating what the customer has requested to show you understand them. Always be polite and respectful no matter the situation. 

I have a certificat in Rravel and Tourism Operations,which has allowed me to gain experience as a receptionist in hotels/Guesthouse.
