 Monitoring compliance with regulations (CIPC, SARS taxes,COIDA,BBBEE, MIBCO,and MOMENTUM and others related to our business model) - Collaborating with departments to promote a compliance culture and emphasize ethical conduct, integrity and accountability. - Create and implement compliance programs that address the specific requirements of your organization to determine whether policies are compliant with the law. - Manages information flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessments to ensure that the business runs smoothly. - Filling of regulatory reports and other compliance related documents - Create a report on Injury on Duty (IOD) incidents and promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to address it. - Coordinating rollout and training of new or updated policies and directives when required and ensure that the company is compliant on trainings, and they are communicated to employees at all levels of the organization to ensure they understand their compliance obligations. - Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
