I started my IT career in 2021 at Coega Development Corporation, where I handled Active Directory tasks, set up new user devices, supported boardroom equipment, troubleshot printers, and helped with hardware maintenance, patching, and antivirus updates using RMM tools.
In 2022, I joined NTT Data as a Managed Services Engineer. Here, I support global users remotely, manage tickets through ITSM/ServiceNow, and work with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA, VMware, and SCCM. I focus on resolving issues efficiently, communicating clearly, and delivering excellent service to our clients.
