I am an highly driven individual with great people and organisational skills.  I have the ability to think creatively and out the box, if need be.  I am a go getter.  I have been in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years, but before that I sold wine, freight etc.  I believe people buy from people, so it really does not matter what you sell.  People are my passion and my word is my honour.  I hate not meeting targets or succeeding.  I love working as part of a team, but am very capable of working independently as well. I feel it is time for another challenge.

I currently work for Nativa as their Sales manager.  I have been with the company for 14 years and have led a very successful sales team in the Western Cape, Namibia & Garden Route. 

I did a formal Sales Management course in 2007, but since then have done a few short courses and I love reading self study books. I did a Seta course about 2 years ago, of which I am still awaiting certification. The sales course I did through Boston College.
