Zeean Mahmood

Naturally curious and hard working. I have experience in mineral processing at the industrial level and recently started working in a new segment to South Africa in energy trading. 

Started working at a mineral processing plant straight out of university. Since joining I found numerous gains in the production environment. After 2 years I was given the responsibility of running the Upper Floor of the plant, which entailed, management of people and performance. Research and Development of hardware and product. I hold the current records for production rates and production cost. 
After having the option of moving into the Head Engineer role I decided to take on a new challenge outside my comfort zone. I was head hunted to join an energy trading company, which is a brand new segment to South Africa.  

I studied Chemical Engineering at the Durban University of Technology. My highlight was research in cobalt reduction and sintering modeling.
