- Coordinating with the preparation of the annual Workplace Skills Plan within
the department
- Creating and closing operating projects on SAP relating to training. Generating transactions or forms e.g. SAP Requisitions/Reservations, GRN's, Profiling requests, LSO, Payments Requests, QIF's etc.
Generating correspondence, reports and complex worksheets by using
Microsoft Office applications.
- Resolve enquiries and complaints from internal as well as
external stakeholders.
