About Zandrie Boucher:
I am a passionate Senior Sous Chef who loves all sections of the kitchen and strives in Pastry. I have been working at high end private game lodges for the past 7 years and have been a Premium five star, Relais n Chatteux chef. I liase with geusts from all over the world and cater to any and all forms of dietry recuirements as well as allergies and illnesses. Most of my career has been in the lowveld, Mpumulanga/Limpopo area and i am willing to travel to most areas.

I have +- 7 years of experience in high end, 5 star game lodges in south africa. I have 6 years experience as a premium 5 star, relais n chatteaux chef as well as fine dining. My passion is pastry but I overall enjoy all aspects of the kitchen. Part of my daily role is to support the executive chef with placing weekly orders, monthly stock take, capturing of invoices, designing of daily seasonal menus that are up to date and also liasing with geusts.

Certificate and diploma in Cullinary arts and Pattesirie.
Certificate in hospitality management.
