COMPLIANCE BILLING                                      

  • Supply overall administrative support to clients’ portfolios by loading and validating fees that impact the client’s portfolio and cash flow.
  • Request statements, via email, telephonically or retrieving from website.
  • Load portfolio values on clients record so that the statement and the client’s record match.
  • Compare statements for transaction movements.
  • Capture all relevant transactions such as withdrawals, contributions and switches.
  • Compare last quarter annexure with the current annexure.
  • Adhere to billings rules and processes.
  • Adhere to guidelines such as, existence of authority letter and correct fee date.
  • Update system with valid reasons for fees checked after 4 days.
