I enjoy working in a dynamic environment that has a meaningful challenge leading to personal growth and great career aspects. My student mentality has allowed me to venture into many spheres within the client service environment namely retention, customer service, and sales through my combined experience of 10 years, I have also learned to lead and motivate others in reaching their goals bearing in mind the objectives of the organization as a whole. With all that has transpired in the world, I believe in having an optimistic approach to situations as this allows me to identify and utilize what is at hand, having an opportunity to work remotely has taught me the importance of preparation and having a contingency plan. It is well important to have goals and a vision coupled with the ability to accept and use constructive criticism to nurture one's self. I have been able to juggle many aspects of life and feel that at this stage in my career, I am capable of giving more from my experiences as they have shaped me to become a confident, good communicator who recognizes and practices emotional intelligence.

I have worked as a Senior Business and Sales consultant at Company Partners and before then, I worked for Sanlam in short-term insurance. My work experience includes servicing the UK clientele in short-term insurance and customer services, billing, and retentions. The campaigns I have done are ASDA online shopping, British Gas business, and Directline insurance group.

I completed my matric in 2007 and studied Public Relations at Varsity College which I have not completed.
