Experience
Armed with a Postgraduate degree in Business Management, I set foot on a foreign path called "recruitment" that surprisingly connected me with my calling in life - which is to work together with organizations to drive an efficient recruitment process that delivers a good candidate experience. Using the knowledge from courses such as Strategic and Project Management, I partner with hiring managers to provide an in-depth analysis on the recruitment plans, share guidance on structuring the process and take ownership of it (from driving the initial kick-off meetings all the way to the candidate offer call).
My calling expands in the employer branding space where I have the incredible responsibility of serving as a brand ambassador to candidates and external agencies. It means a lot to me that my words and actions reflect what the company stands for and I aim to provide a really good candidate experience (I'm nobody special, just a human with my own flaws and failures who aims to put a smile on your face).
What makes what I do even more meaningful, is that I get to share my knowledge on successfully conducting interviews with members from other teams to ensure that they are empowered to conduct interviews.
I love what I do! I'll never be a "know-it-all" in what I do! But I'm damn good at what I do!
