A motivated , adaptable and responsible attorney with extensive
knowledge in deceased estates and vast knowledge in
conveyancing. One who also has Proficiency in conducting general
office procedures and support required to effectively assist in a legal

I report estates to relevant parties, gathering and evaluating information in order to prepare a Liquidation and Distribution account, I draft  Liquidation and Distribution Accounts, cash reconciliation statements and work with a program called Legal Ease. I Independently manage end to end Deceased Estates Administration in terms of the administration of estates act.

I have knowledge of Business entities, Estate Duty, Capital gains and Income tax relating to deceased estates.

I conduct legal research , reading and drafting.

I have experience in Conveyancing transfers.
