I've been in a retail stores for a period of 6 years, working as a Cashier. My duties was to provide a good customer service in a special way making the customer feel welcome and happy with our service. When they come to the till with their purchases, firstly I great them with a warm and friendly smile, scanning items receive payment in a form of cash, debit/credit card and coupons. After the transaction I thank them and ask to come back again.

I Matriculated in 2008 at Senzokwethu high school and in 2013 February I trained as Cashier for 2 weeks, got a cashier certificate. 2016 I got a job woking  as a Cashier at Pick' n pay. That's where I gained the experience of 6 years, until the store shutdown.
