I've worked as a cashier and customer service Assistant for 3years.

As cashier I Manage transactions with customers using the point-of-sales system.

Scan products and ensure accurate pricing.

Take cash, credit and debit payments.

Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.

Redeem stamps and coupons.

Cross-sell or upsell products.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

As a Customer service Assistant i answer customer questions by phone, email or in person.

give quotations and check product availability.

sell products or services and take payments.

handle complaints or pass them to a supervisor.

add customer information onto a computer.

track orders and arrange deliveries.

Currently studying part-time, BA in Community development at the University of South Africa.
