Experience

-develop maintenance plans on CMMS

-develop schedules for all equipment (mechanical and electrical) working with Artisans 

-update Artisan loading on the CMMS 

-Track all maintenance KPI's on a daily basis and flag KPI's that are below target 

-update maintenance dashboard for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance meetings 

-generate work orders as per request 

-Ensure all safety files are updated and in compliance for audits (Marsh, KPMG, Quality audit) 

-Raise purchase requisitions on the CMMS for purchasing of spares or outsourced services 

-Work closely with suppliers and source quotations for spares and labor required

-Ensure spares availability for maintenance days 

-Plan shutdown maintenance 

-lead Pre and post maintenance meetings
