Zama Bridget Ngotana

I am a highly skilled young lady, with over 5 years experience in retail as well as 1 year exposure in public health. My previous experience in research includes data capturing and data collection. I have great interest in working with people from diverse groups as this grants me an opportunity to learn. I adhere to protocol when executing task and I am highly ethical. I always strive to create a warm and welcoming work environment for other staff members. 

5 years experience in retail dealing with customers enquires, handling of cash, Dispatching of orders and instore point of sale transactions. 

1 year exposure in public health as research assistant, collecting data and data capturing. 

I have a National diploma in public relations management,which I obtained in 2012 at the university of Zululand. 

My last job was at HSRC whereby I was a research assistant for a 1 year contract. 

5 years experience in retail at a book shop in Pro visions book where I was a sales administrator, processing of sale, Dispatching of orders, dealing with customer enquiries via email, whatsapp as well as telephonic inquiry. Face to face transaction at a point of sale, going on educational tours.
