  • Conducting trials on recipes and machinery

  • Filing all batch sheets in specified order for products produced daily
  • Manage Halaal and Kosher Certification
  • Conduct internal calibrations, and check weight results
  • Supervise the hygiene/cleaning team
  • Assist in SAP results recording and releasing of materials
  • Assist with all SAP related quality transactions
  • Evaluate incoming raw materials
  • Review of production sheets and weight deviation.
  • Assist with project investigations as and when required
  • Participate in upholding FSSC 22000 Certification
