I’ve been working in Call Centres for over 5 years, 3 and half at BPOs. With hardwork and dedication I’ve worked myself up to the position I excel in most which is Quality.
I’m generally a happy person and like to see everyone around me feel the same way. I love reading Novels as I love attention to detail.
