I'm a remote full stack developer / Tech lead with over 10 years experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL including popular frameworks and libraries such as Laravel, Blade, React, Vue, NodeJS and ExpressJS.

Experience

Support (11 years experience) - Installing and upgrading hardware and software providing complete assistance. Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving configuration issues, troubleshooting, software issues, hardware repairs (including in-house repairs as well as coordinating with third-party service providers for timely repairs). Database administration and repairs for server, network, infrastructure, data center, email, file shares, and other infrastructure issues. Providing assistance configuring and installing everything from printers, scanners and CCTVs to smart switches, servers and firewalls.

Network Administration (10 years experience) - Manage and Maintain servers, PC’s, routers, smart UPS’s and Switches. Configure, manage, and maintain network equipment. Install and configure workstations for IP/IPX based LAN’s. Install and configure DHCP Client/Servers. Backup Management, Reporting and Recovery. Disaster Recovery. Setup and maintenance of MS Exchange / Active Directory environments.

PHP (10 years experience) - Advanced knowledge with Laravel as well as setting up and configuring Apache Web servers. Adequate knowledge on frameworks such as Zend and CakePHP.

MySQL (10 years experience) - Developing diagrams for Data Structure Relationships and Data Flow. Capacity planning for database growth. Debug, configure and maintain MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.

HTML & CSS (9 years experience) - Experienced in developing small, medium and large-scale content-driven websites and web applications. Strong expertise in CSS, HTML5, X/HTML and CSS3. Sound knowledge of W3C’s standards on cross-browser compatibility. Advanced in Zurb Foundation and proficient with Bootstrap and other popular frameworks.

Javascript (9 years experience) - Advanced knowledge using React, Node.js, TypeScript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, npm / yarn, MongoDB, Express, PM2, Ramda, Bookshelf.js, Axios, JOI, Lodash

Studies (3 years experience) - C++, C#, Python and QT

Blockchain (6 months experience) - Solidity, Remix, BNB Binance, Ethereum, Smart Contracts

Education

I'm a self taught full stack developer and currently in my final year Bachelor of Science in Informatics and with my modules passed this far graduating with honours.
