YVONNE MUJURU

I'm a passionate Chartered Accountant who enjoys accounting, working with people and developing others. I have gained much of my working experience in auditing and financial management roles, with just over 10 years combined experience in both disciplines. 

I have gained experience in both public and private sector entities, with a strong background in audit, internal controls, financial reporting, internal controls and various other aspects of financial management and control.  

My skills and competencies include: 

• Strong knowledge and grasp of financial statements, budgeting, controlling, internal accounting standards  

• Professional and technical competence with a track record of problem solving and assimilating large amounts of information quickly and accurately  

• Able to apply sound judgement in dealing with complex information and challenges  

• Dedicated and prepared to “roll up sleeves” and produce results  

• Outcomes driven to meet deadlines and able to turn around large volumes of work meticulously and efficiently  

• People management experience in working within team as well as managing junior reports 

• Honest, trustworthy and high in integrity 

• Strategy-minded with the ability to understand all aspects of the finance function having been exposed at a group level
