Full turnkey outcomes based outsourced FM Agreement management including a team of 54 staff nationally as well as in excess of 200 service providers. Critical success factor of the contract is the management of all stringent Health and Safety requirements to the absolute letter of the law. Management of all hard (technical) and soft services. Project management for new buildings as well as major renovations projects. Churn projects. High penalty based Agreement so contract compliance is critical .
