Experience

I am an experienced Senior Web developer specialising in Back-end Development, my key programming language being PHP(Procedural and OOP). I possess skills in the Front-end side of things as well. I have worked in several different environments and team sizes, from Ad/Digital agencies to Development houses large and small. The most recent roles being short term contracts, I am in search of something permanent, to join an awesome team and be as effective as I can be.

In my 13 years, I have done everything from PSD/Figma to HTML/CSS conversion,  WordPress to developing entire projects e.g custom CRM's in PHP Frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony from database modeling till the end. I have a firm grasp of REST API integration as well as some AWS services.

I work well with other developers, designers, and project managers. I can hit the ground running, get things done and deliver good work with minimal supervision. I have led several small teams building from the ground up and maintaining existing projects. I have seen a couple of projects from beginning to delivery.

I have a strong programming aptitude and I enjoy problem-solving. I also love learning new skills and everything about technology. Coding for me bundles all my passions into one delightful career. I pride myself on the ability to pick up any skill in record time and put it to practice. I am forever improving my skill set and as of this moment I am busy learning React.js.
