Yolanda Nkushubana

My name is Yolanda Nkushubana, 

I am 28 years of age, I have a national diploma in Management from Walter Sisulu University. I have a C1 (Code 10) drivers license. I have experience as a customer care consultant, Student assistant, Senior associate (Utilities) and as a patient access coordinator. 

I have worked for 2 international companies, British Gas which is a UK based company, I was assisting customers with their utililies and ecerything else that is related to their gas and electric accounts. I also worked for Advantage Behavioural Health whis is a USA based company where I was assisting patients with setting up their doctors appointments and everything in between. 

I am a go getter, I am someone who is always willing to learn, I can do anything I put my mind to. I am goal driven and currently looking for an organization/company that I will grow with. 

I have worked at Bytes people solution for Multichoice (DSTV) campaign, where I would assist customers with their dstv accounts.

I worked at Walter SIsulu University as a student assistant where I would deal with mostly student queries.

I also worked at WNS for a UK campaign British Gas where I assisted customer with their utilities accounts. 

I worked at Advantage Behavioural Health (remote) USA campaign where i was working with patients that needed to go for counseling.

National Diploma in Management, My final year modules are: Financial management, Marketing, Mercantile law and management.
