Yogesh Bodha

My name is Yogesh ,though everyone calls me Yogi. I am married with 2 young daughters. I recently completed my law degree in July 2023. I obtained my degree with distinction (cum laude) . I had 33 distinctions out of the 40 modules required for the degree and I had an academic aggregate of 82% . I have a passion for law. My particular areas of interest are Intelllectual Property Law and Competition Law. I chose these two modules as my elective modules in my final year. I also have a keen interest in corporate law including insolvency law and business rescue. I am hard working , driven and punctual. I have a serious work ethic and manage my time well and can work unsupervised using my own initiative. I would  really appreciate an opportunity to secure an interview for a position as a candidate attorney/articled clerk. I look forward to meeting you. 

I previously worked in the hospitality industry and later was self employed running my own small catering business.

I have a Bachelor of Laws degree(LLB) which I passed Cum Laude. I had 33 distinctions out of the 40 modules required for the degree. I obtained an academic average of 82%.
