*Film library indexing on RIMS/ ROCS System - management of exams (MCQ, MEQ and OSCE) Capture marks on WAMS Coordination of GEMP I, II and FHD II AND III and Invigilation Proofread and review materials, applications, records, and reports and monitoring of departmental funds and petty cash.
Preparing of interviews including supernumerary. Setup year plan for operational managers meetings and arrange for these meetings - face to face or via Virtual Conference (VC) , and confirm attendance from all stake holders Organize parking for visitors Assist with clinical Trial research admin procedures Assist with departmental donations and sponsorship Handling applications and confirmations.
Assist with budgeting - and interview processes - and support Prepare special reports and perform special projects Fundraising, Assist the HOD and assigned staff with special projects as assigned. Assist in assembling and preparing the annual budget for assigned area; monitor expenditures against budget; prepare purchase requisitions and request payment. Coordinate, make, process, and confirm staff travel arrangements; arrange for transportation and accommodations for travel.
