I am a person who likes starting from the lowest position, and work myself up to a management spot. The rrason I am applying for this manager position, is that I long for the time when I had a team to motivate, lead and build. 

I feel that I am able to go into any type of environment, if the respect is the same from the team, I am devoted to help them grow and focus on the task at hand. 

I like to focus on what makes people who they are and what aspects of their pasts can be used to motivate them to inhance their ability. 

Im a young man, with the work ethic that help. Me provide for my Fiance and step son. I worked my way up from casual reception to sales manager an I still receive phone calls from previous clients requesting me to go back. 

I believe the only way you really build a golden chain of business, is by making sure your current or new clients receive the best after sale service. 

If I have all the tools, I ak a problem solver. When ever its above my paygrade, and its up to me to resolve the problem. I will go to the appropriate people to get the best result. 

My why is: 

-Building a strong future and save haven for my step son and soon enough my own kid. 

-Providing the best life for my Fiance and getting mg the oppertunity to make her my wife. 

-Being able to help and supoort my dad who has been retrenched and not able to work eithin his profession due to SAPS contracts with the forensic industry. 

Building a life without the need to say now if my family needs help.

If I get the oppertunity, I am the first one to make the best out of it. I am a team player. A leader and someone who will take charge and build a team.
