I am a successful business manager with 30 years experience in retail business. I have managed and grow 3 branches to profitability, productivity and efficiency. 

I have planned, lead, organize and control business activities and promotions,. Managed, train and disciplined staff, daily activities, deliveries and health and safety. 

I have managed one of the branch to branch of the year 

I started working1990 in my parents business, worked myself up to understand the business, I bought it from my parents in 2004 and sold the business in 2009.

I started as 'n branch Manager with AutoZone in 2010 and grow the branch over the next five years, I was promoted as the branch manager to the Regenal Distribution Center in Polokwane, Limpopo. 

I grow this branch with new record monthly turnovers, positive staff and at the end of the year the branch was The Branch of the year. 

2017 Grandmark International offered me a job at their branch in Polokwane, the branch grow from being in the red to positive figures within three years. I managed the sales team, warehouse, building maintenance, delivery vehicles, staff, health and safety and admin staff. 

I left the company in November 2022

I matriculated at Louis Trichardt High school in 1987. 

I have done a management development program and achieve NQF Level 4, I have also done accounting courses and excel courses
