• Perform project management duties including managing budgets, proposals, scopes of work, schedules, health & safety, and staff.
• Lead several cover, dewater and exploration drilling projects from planning to execution.
• Seek to reduce workflow constraints between disciplines by identifying tool and workflow improvement opportunities spanning across multiple disciplines.
• Work with the Geoscientists and Discipline Leads across the underground mines, surface tailing mine operation sites and production plants to ensure alignment of technical analysis and workflows.
• Coordinate mineral resource management functions within the mining and ore processing value chain, e.g. dilution management, production tracking, stockpile management, ore grade and value management.
