Wandisile Mbengashe

With 19 years experience in Manufacturing, I possess solid skills in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, Launch Projects and Leadership. My career progression involves roles such as Industrial Engineering Trainee, WCM Facilitator, Production Leader, Production Manager and Quality Manager. I am currently employed at TI Fluid Systems as a Plant Quality Manager and also completing my MBA to be in line for the 2025 graduation. I hold professional memberships with the South African Quality Institute (SAQI) and the Institute of Directors South Africa (IODSA). I am a well-balanced candidate with fluency in Production, Continuous Improvement, Projects and Quality Management. My ability to lead diverse-skilled teams coupled with my hands-on approach in structured problem solving with Ethical Leadership makes me believe to be a potential asset for any organisation.
