Wandile Tman

I'm dedicated individual that is passionate with sports, fitness and growth with in the sports and fitness field. 

During my 2nd year 2nd semester I started working at the University gym where I worked as a gym instructor and went on to be a personal trainer for Trinergy Health and Fitness two years later. As a personal trainer I worked with old, young and middle aged clients where I provided my service.

Currently I'm working for a company called SPARK Schools in Bedfordview where I teach Physical Education to kids at the age 8 to 10 years. 

 I studied and aquiered a Bachelors degree on Health Sciences in Human Movement Science from the University of Fort Hare, which includes of core courses that follows: Anatomy and Movement, Biomechanics, Sport Research methods, Sports Rehabilitation, Sport and Injury nutrition. In these courses we learnt more on the bases of the human body and how it functions and how as a health scientist we can play our role in the society by educating and practicing an unsedentary lifestyle especially for the special population group.
