About Vuyokazi Rweqana:

I have more than 8 years of experience in project management working in built environment for school building programmes. I have worked on a minimum of 10 school projects at a time with a budget ranging from R20M to R250M per school. I have worked and managed Professional Service Providers and Contractors through the Professional team.

My involvement has included Procurement of Professional Service Providers and Contractors going through all procurement committees, drafting of SALs for Professional Service Providers, management of service providers, payments, budgeting, report writing, presentation of reports to clients, cashflow projections and approval of all Professional Services reports and contract documents. 

My project management skills did not start when I was appointed as a Project Manager I have been working in rail infrastructure maintenance and have 11 years of experience working as an Engineering Technician and Chief Engineer at Transnet Freight Rail and Department of Transport respectively. Projects I have worked on were to maintain safe passage of trains.
