• Ensure daily management of the activities of teams performing physical asset verifications of relevant equipment at sites, according to the AMIP Asset Verification Project schedule    
•  Ensure AIV Field Agents perform AIV work in accordance with the Netcare Asset Verification Handbook.
• Work closely with each site’s Technical, Financial and Management staff to arrange access for AIV Field Agents to restricted areas and equipment, resolve data anomalies and attain sign-off of verified data
• Monitor incoming data in the data staging area to guide the team to find out standing rooms and equipment 
• Meet with the Technical Manager to discuss the list off difficult to find assets and to reconcile critical items  by count(SAP vs Verified)
• Conduct annual assets verification to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the assets register
• Report all variances and matters of control relevance to AMIP Programme Manager.
• Compile team reports as required by the project. Team AIV reports may include reports on data quality, team productivity, schedule attainment, deviances, risks and issues.
